To Remember Our Time
Hath not my sentence of pain fulfill
this lasting memory of yesterday's love
if only a wish lay free upon my lap
in lavish color gracious moments relinquish
For if only the ashes left behind in loves fire
reignite a bed of warmth
and rest upon your heart
then evermore a song of completion shall play
as amber sparks light the love of a new day
