To Remember

There are memories, Not within my mind, but saved, They plague me when I come across them, How much I had loved someone, And how much they had loved me, I think back to the good days, Where I smiled and had no doubts, But slowly I drift to the end, And I realize, no matter the love, Always it hurt, yet I was blind, There are memories saved, That show a brighter side, A side of my misery I refused to see, I came across them the other day, Remembering, longing, and then sobering, Pain can look the same as joy in these moments, Yet reality, reality is always constant
