To My City
My bright yellow aurora had dimmed away into an unhealthy shade
My warm yellow orca is just coming back from a purple haze
People talk **** about the exterior
Just looking
And no feel.
But I’m saving myself I’m about to go in.
They think they know what u about
Till you claim that south side
They node in awe, with a smile on their mouths
But words just don’t come out
This fire is spitting like a wild dragon
But from this darkness I’m about to come out and about
It’s never too late to change my route
And behind. The shredded past and culture of the nation’s capital
This sunflower stands tall and keep that “chocolate city” title
Not a fable
Don’t get me wrong all flavors are enable and welcomed at the dinner table
With a little go-go, comics and anime .Lol.
I tell it all the time this sad sunflower will soon prevail
With more of those warm Colors this **** can sell
But this is for me
Not you
So you can say and grade it how you want to
Yet my identity shows if you allow this 2-D Flower to come through
Let it become bright and alive
So it will glow and grow from this Cities permanent new architecture
