To Love and Be Loved

below is an early valentine's entry
life continues to be busy and time consuming
I'm sorry I am missing your wonderful entries
thank you


"to love and be loved" 

more than a feeling more than a touch
dangerously near spellbound are we
whether a waltz whether a tango
somehow we roam beyond the sea

within our arms within our love
the moon illuminates and directs
so we vanish so we hide
savoring moments and her affects

no fear lies standing dangerously near
free are our hearts to love and be loved
