To Fall In Love Again
[Verse 1]
i built these walls with silent hands,
after storms i couldn’t understand.
my heart once closed, too bruised to feel,
afraid of love that seemed unreal.
but then you came with quiet light,
and made me think that maybe… just might.
[Pre-Chorus]
your touch was soft, your words sincere,
you held my doubts, then drew them near.
[Chorus]
i never thought i'd dare again,
to dream, to hope, to feel the rain.
but here you are—like whispered flame,
teaching my heart to feel the same.
this tender ache, this sweet refrain,
oh, what it means
to fall in love again.
[Verse 2]
i took each step with shaky feet,
wondering if the past would repeat.
but your eyes said, “no need to run,”
love doesn’t hurt when it’s the one.
you didn’t rush, you didn’t push—
just stayed until the silence hushed.
[Pre-Chorus]
and now i breathe in something new,
a world reborn in shades of you.
[Chorus]
i never thought i'd dare again,
to laugh, to cry, to risk the pain.
but love like yours is soft, not wild—
like coming home, or finding child
within a heart once numb with rain—
this is the gift:
to fall in love again.
[Bridge]
maybe we break to learn how to mend,
maybe love waits beyond the end.
and if this road is ours to take,
i’ll walk it all for heaven’s sake.
[Final Chorus]
i never thought i'd feel so free,
like love had one last song for me.
and every note you bring feels right—
you are the calm, the fire, the flight.
with you, there's peace inside the flame…
now i believe—
to fall in love again.
