To Dream Is Okay
I am the dreamer of the truest kind
I find myself mentally wondering all
of the time.
My pen and paper always close at hand
and upon myself I place the greatest of
demands.
I tell my stories and share my thoughts
and keep secret the garden pathways to
my guarded and sleeping heart.
My mind is the vessel in which my words
are beautifully lead as my soul keeps silent
to the inked words that comes from my head.
Upon this life I have often placed my thoughts
and out of it comes colors and words spoken
differently but artistically have already been felt
and thought.
It takes the dreamer to light the way of faith that
each soul must take. It takes the doer to show the
believers that to dream, is okay.
