To Be Without You, Is Like Askin' the Day To Start Without the Sunshine
To Be Without You, Is Like Askin’ The Day To Start Without The Sunshine
When I arise in the morning
I think of you
When I lay it down to sleep
I think of you too
You always on my mind
And to be without you
Is like askin’ the day to start without the sunshine
I can’t eat
I can’t sleep
You like that nourishment for my bones
Without you I get weak
You’re my dessert
When I need something sweet
You mean the world to me
And as I sat behind those walls
I feel like a man in a dark hall
Unable to see the outside
Cause the here and now sometimes clouds my mind
You everything I need and then some
Like Forrest Gump did it
I just wanna run
Into your arms
But it all comes in time
But I wanted to let you know
That your always on my mind
And to be without you, is like askin’ the day to start without the sunshine
