Time's a Thief, Love a Lie Bob Dylan, Ima Gen, and B. Marquardt-Alexander He'll miss the mark, she'll miss the sign, Betrayal's a wound, a bitter wine. Her life unfolds, a silent plea, No right to judge, yet sorrow I see. Love's fragile dance, a whispered vow, Shattered now, a fading glow. A goodbye kiss, a lingering ghost, Holding on, a heavy cost. He seeks anew, a heart ablaze, For another's love, in a different maze. Trust erodes, a fragile thread, Waning hope, a tear unshed.
