Time Trap

Childhood went away in a blink of an eye How am I supposed to be adult now? Stay warm in this cold world where it’s seriousness fills my veins making me pretend to blend in just great Too much responsibility I can’t take it all it’s blurring my vision of joy I held upon There are days that I wish there was a reverse card so I could one last time believe in Santa’s guard

A very nice poem, I am the opposite am glad to be where I am now. I enjoyed holidays and the fun times but the trauma times am glad to let lie. Christmas was always good. I'd always have Christmas.
