Tidepool Mind

Lifting up starfish and barnacles they search tidepools for their minds but they'll not find them. They've been gone for quite some time blown out by the violent tides of life They're tangled up in the kelp beds now. Barely hanging on.. The next stop is that deep water nest... Bitten in half drifting to the bottom where things live out their lives without song-half rotted where blackness has no concept of light.
