Tick, Tock Goes the Clock
Tick, tock
‘Round the face
Goes the clock
As I pace.
Nowhere to run
Nowhere to hide,
Life should be fun
So enjoy the ride.
It’s really not hard
To please others,
Let down your guard
And love your brothers.
Don’t complain
About where you are.
Causing yourself pain
Won’t get you very far.
If you keep your friends
Just at arm’s length,
It only lends
To the loss of strength.
We all need to feel
That we’re not alone
In a world so real
With so much unknown.
Just have a little trust
In what you can’t see.
A bit of faith is a must
If you want to live free.
