Right now, snow is falling on my roof, but at least it's not thundering with a most deafening roar. Your haiku is great at describing a sudden summer downpour.

I see a metaphor to life in here, Francine. Mom used to tell us to "Let a smile be your umbrella." It doesn't always work, does it. Very thought-provoking haiku. Blessings and peace, Carolyn

Great one..We have had some of that lately especially when in a large chain store that is all metal..Scary in a way..Good topic that everyone can relate to..Sara
