Through the Wilderness

Author Dana Redricks

In the wilderness of life, I often tread, amidst the unknown and the dread, but I take Your heart Lord in mine. I know that wherever I go, you will never let me go.

Though the journey may be rough and steep, Your presence will always be with me, my soul to keep, and in the face of adversity and strife, Your love and grace are my true life.

For I know that every step I take, You are beside me, with every move I make, and though the path ahead may be unclear, Your hand will guide, and your voice I will hear.

So I will trust in You and Your loving care, and cast my worries and fears on Your shoulder to bear, for I know that with You all things are possible, You are my strength and my rock, my ever-present help.
