Ego cravings orbit body-mind which we are not. Body is like a car we drive; we are the driver, not the car. So we fuel up the car, check tyre pressure, get it serviced and cleaned but with the clarity that it is a vehicle, an instrument. Looking at it this way, bondage ends, delusion ends.
