what timing! what a coincidence. I was just thinking about the hidden adult message in the nursery rhyme Row, Row, Row Your Boat gently down the stream...live is but a dream. I agree...life is but a dream. I appreciate your insights and wisdom.

Hi Unseeking seeker, Enjoyed this couplet. However, I question that most people know "that life's a dream". If that were so, we would not all be so led by are egos and individual agendas. You always pen such wonderful spiritual messages. Blessings to you!

Thank you, Nancy. If we examine the source of thought, we will find that arises in heart, not head. So if heart be still, calm, tranquil, no thoughts arise and then the illusion of duality, this manifestation becomes clear. That said, we are here and so I do not advocate negation or escapism but rather simply, recognition. We signed up for this earth life, to grow in love and wisdom. Also, without thought, ego disappears.

I love your thoughts of the day and this one especially. Your words are always so reflective and I know they come from a very wise, learned soul. I take so much from reading your beautiful words as they are very akin to my beliefs. Life here is but a dream - an illusion of our real, true home. Ego has a lot to answer for! Thank you, Christina. Ego is ok, we need it to navigate earth life but it should be used as an instrument, just like any other limb.
