Those Eyes That Grin
For Timothy Lee
His grin melted me
His blue eyes captivated
I was drawn to him
His manly presence shook me to my knees.
His boldness sent my flesh nerves on spree.
I shall always hold tight his first bold words,
"You love me, you just do not know it yet."
I have waited a fragile lifetime.
I have dreamed beyond infinite dreams.
He was frequently at friends of mine.
Always intent on his flirting scheme,
He pursued me with a steady gleam.
Now our love is a fulfilling theme.
