Those Dazzling Gold Shoes
I am a shoe-freak, 'tis true.
I think it stems from my youth as a ballet dancer.
When I was far younger and leafy lithe!
I jumped and leapt about like Prancer.
Anyway,my most delectable shoes
Are light, springy and gorgeous gold Mary Janes.
I feel like a twelve year old dancer at the
ballet bar!
Just wearing them, my heart leaps like a shooting
star!
Whoever created these heavenly things.
Deserves my thank you, my hug and my kiss.
For such utterly feminine, gorgeous shoes
That bring me such simple, yet divine bliss.
