This One's For You Saint Nick

As I look up at the full moon I know how busy you’ll be tonight With all the children across the globe I left out your favorite cookies With a tall glass of cold milk To boost your energy In the hopes you might Stop in for a quick visit To bless our home With festive cheer The Christmas tree lights Stay on thru day and night And in our hearts The hope of baby Jesus My husband’s sick Yes like so many I know I understand But please, St.Nick Just say the word So he won’t suffer Submitted on December 1, 2019 for contest WHAT YOU WANT FOR CHRISTMAS sponsored by GREGORY PAUL
