When I let one loose in the elevator I felt my face blushing a deep red Never been embarrassed any greater It wasn’t long until the smell spread People closest to me ran for cover In the corners where they held their noses It would take a while for them to recover They knew for sure I didn’t smell like roses When I Let One Loose In The Elevator Poetry Contest Sponsored by: charles messina July 31, 2021
