Think About Nothing But Us
Think about nothing but us
being close together always,
hugging through the blazing sunset,
waking up greeting the blinding sunrise;
these thoughts keep us united, not apart.
Look at what our closeness
has shown us: smiles without doubt,
hugs without fear and kisses
that define our passion and trust.
Think about nothing but us,
giving more and feeling fully loved;
never letting our happiness
slip away and lose what we achieved.
We would never regret our vows,
they were the promise we whispered
and too joyful was their sound;
can true lovers ever tell lies?
