This piece is inspired by a combination of Nonviolent Communication studies and practice and a recent re-entry into Planet Fitness, a judgment free zone for nonviolence and potentially for integral compassionate work and play cooperative win/win respect, mutual regard, active wealth of healthy embodied bicameral minds with both cognitive ThingOne and emotive ThingTwo resilient strength and resonant flexibility.
Things One and Two
visited Fitness Planet Earth,
a land of milk and honeyed promise
NonJudgement NonZero ego-health zone
for nonviolent communication,
Emergent win/win nongrunting
nonslamming
noncursing
active compassion
in language
action
reaction
responsive positive communication
Internally and externally bilateral space
placed promised time
timeless co-empathic consciousness
CoEmpathic meditation
grows healthy minds
as massage
graceful touching/feeling action
endows multicultural
active win/win mediation
Embodied medication
to ego/eco-bicameral
macroeconomic politicization
Body/mind
Nature/spirit
therapeutic win/win thriving
EarthHealth Fitness optimization
Not win/lose survival of the autonomous fittest
by making my own stressed-out luck;
Instead,
win/win thrival of flexing resilient
fit in ingest
Remaking
reshaping
reconnecting
re-ligioning our cooperative win/win liturgies
lucky co-investments
co-empathic
bilaterally polypathic
resonant RightBrain Feeling ecopolitically engaged
And resilient Left verbalized intentions
of liberal loving logical win/win poli-economic
retributive judgment-free nonzero planetary Zone
For reconnected empowering bicameral enlightenment
For intelligent
cooperative
co-invested
democratically healthy
co-designing future egohealth/ecosystemic
co-relational wealth
Collateralized opportunity
to optimize thrival trends
for planetary
health/wealth fitness,
Said LeftBrain dominant
Thing autonomous ego One
to RightBrain nonverbally flexing
Things bilaterally ecosystemic
and polypathically interdependent,
Two.
