They're Coming Soon They're coming soon to ruin summer peace! All night and day we'll hear their horrid song- and cover ears to help the noise decrease! They're coming soon to ruin summer peace; from soil to trees they'll rise, and shells release. Brood-X cicadas will invade- headlong! They're coming soon to ruin summer peace; all night and day we'll hear their horrid song! I didn't realize until just recently that cicadas only came out every 17 years. They were out when we first moved to Florida and then I realized I hadn't heard them in a long time. I wondered what had happened to them. Sandra, congrats on your win in my contest! Blessings, Kim M
