he told me i was crass he told me i was trash he told me i had no fire he told me he was tired he told me he was leaving me for her perched on the window of my empty lair with a half sneer parked on my dry lips i watched their cute garden wedding as they strolled on the jacaranda carpet today she tearfully knocked on my door he told her she was crass he told her she was trash he told her she had no fire he told her he was tired he told her he was leaving her for her

Thus it is learned "being in love" is not the same as "being loved" and giving/sharing Love. Being "in love" is always temporary and wrinkled with "out" waves. Love is endless and is always there to be shared in its eternity. You can only "roost" for so long; then you must "soar on as if on the wings of an eagle. The Queen and I just celebrated 33 years of the ONENESS of Love. Thanks for sharing another messaging write. Peace and Love.

Profound words. Thanks Millard. I went off this forum for a bit due to some unavoidable circumstances. Hope it’s not too late to congratulate you and the Queen.

His lacking is highly evident in these verses. You are a good story teller.

this hits hard esp with the presentation and your opening and closing stanzas - good one but a sad truth for many :)
