The World Is Bleeding
Smoke in the sky, tears in the sea,
Children crying where love used to be.
Ashes fall where flowers bloomed,
Now silence echoes in every room.
We turn away, pretend we're blind,
But shadows stretch through all mankind.
The world is bleeding,
Can’t you hear it cry?
Every heartbeat’s pleading
Under a broken sky.
We’ve lost our meaning
Somewhere along the line—
But if we hold each other,
We still might find the light.
Words like weapons, walls like chains,
Justice drowning in acid rain.
Dreams unravel in the wind,
While mercy hides from what we’ve sinned.
Don’t look away, the truth is near—
It’s written loud in every tear.
The world is bleeding,
Can’t you hear it cry?
Every heartbeat’s pleading
Under a broken sky.
We’ve lost our meaning
Somewhere along the line—
But if we heal each other,
We still might rise in time.
Can we learn to see the soul
Behind the lines, beyond control?
Can we build a song from scars—
A prayer to mend the stars?
The world is bleeding,
But love still burns inside.
Let this be our healing—
Let truth no longer hide.
Though we are grieving,
There’s fire in our cries—
And if we stand together,
We still might turn the tide.
