This is actually the Shadorma form which is a Spanish style six line syllabic poem of 3/5/3 3/7/5 as below. This form is not on our list of forms.

 

The wolf comes, Slinking to your door, Un-noticed. Continue, Blithely go your way, eyes closed. Oblivious fool.
