The Wind Knows the Way
My heart drifts on water, waiting to float to you
There are so many things you know…I know you do
But, it seems we met a million years ago,
As if our connection traveled through time in timeless flow
I can feel your soft touch, I can see your bright smile
I am holding your hand through ups and downs every mile
My laughter echoes through sweet fields of flowers
My dance steps carry on, through rainbows and showers
Here we are now, my message sent in the wind this day
I know you will receive it, the wind knows the way
