They tried and tried
 to kill me by
the weight of the stone
it was shone..
that the rope, had no hope
tied around my neck
throw me off a cliff
So that I may die
Oh, how they tried
it was shone..
They tried and tried
 to kill me by
the weight of the stone?

THE WEIGHT OF THE STONE they tied a rope round my neck; They didn't know I was heaven blessed; They tried and tried to kill me by the weight of the stone it was shone.. that the rope, had no hope tied around my neck throw me off a cliff So that I may die Oh, how they tried it was shone.. They tried and tried to kill me by the weight of the stone?.......... 3/3/06 Written words by James Edward Lee Sr.© 2006, 2018
