The Way We Look

We must wake up our divine inner light
So our souls again start burning bright
Try to remember who we truly are
We are beings of power like a shining star
For far too long we've been asleep
Conditioned at birth and led like sheep
Life's not about the way we look
That's just a cover that wraps a book
Love and peace is what we must sow
For that's our journey to learn and grow
