A reread with better translation Jan... I now have a recipe for making baps; know what Bonnag sweetbread is and saw that the TT Riders logo is similar to the Sicilian Medusa symbol. It must be wonderful to live on the Ilse of Man!!! Thanks again

Wow Jan I don't know much about any of these things that you are given by your true love; I'll be looking things up. Thanks... (PS: Jan, you, being the Poop Queen of poetry, would perhaps appreciate, if you don't already know, that in the original song the partridge gets its name from a Greek word that means "to break wind" lol) Cheers

Have you been approached by the Manx tourism board yet, Jan. I’m prepared to bet that you were cutting and pasting like a seasoned pro. A great fun write, even if I had never heard of Nollick. Best of luck in the contest. Terry

This is a poem with a little homework included. It was great. Perhaps Isle of Mann would make a nice travel destination. It sounds alluring in the poem.
