The Spring Thaw

As frozen winter marshes start to thaw with sunlight shining on the gentle hills, the fingertips of springtime softly draw on cattails growing midst the warming thrills. When dewdrops form on buds by nature’s law, the melting hearts start yearning to fulfill, and nature’s rousing cycle starts anew; to frigid winter days I bid adieu. February 19, 2021

What a lovely picture you painted of Spring's first awakening. Whew, we just got over the tail end of the Texas nightmare they left for New Mexico!

Thanks, Tom, I appreciate it. I was one of the lucky ones, I live 3 blocks from a hospital so our power grid was protected. But still their are many people in our area suffering. I look forward to the warmer weather. John
