The Soft Song of a Summer Breeze
THE SOFT SONG OF A SUMMER BREEZE
The sweet gentle song of a Summer breeze
Wafting through the boughs of the pines
Brings with it a soothing serenity of mind
Listen closely to its melody and drift away
To a place that is wondrous to find
You will find there is no greater sound
Than the soft song of a Summer breeze
A song to relax you, a song that will please
As you listen so intently to its tune
And allow it to put you at ease
You will want to remain in this state of mind
But, Alas! you must always return
To the reality of the real world where we learn
That a life of fantasy may seem good --- yet
The soft song of a Summer breeze you still yearn
