The snowflakes falling It spreads quickly down Scattering the ground Its the firs snowfall Of winter season Excited children Are eager to play In the fallen snow Making snowmen Or skating ring Some children make slides Some make snow angels Whatever they do They enjoy the fun Playing in the snow

I remember watching snow start falling in the evening, hoping that school would be closed the next day due to the storm, and the day spent sledding. Fond memories. Well done, Darlene.
