The Side Seat Driver
Two people in the front seat
Both are drivers of the car
They are husband and wife
In the back seat a passenger
They are going for a country ride
As the driver travels on the road
He is very watchful for the signs
Being careful as he drives
He is a cautious driver
Obeying all the signs he sees
Now the person beside him
Begins "Your going too fast"
"Slow down!"" i can not see
the scenery"
"Don't drive on the shoulder"
"here comes the wild turkeys-"don't hurt them"
"Dear you missed the stop sign"
"Why did we hit a bump?"
"Did you not see it"?
The passenger in the back seat
Is a nervous wreck
The passenger wonders
Why the side seat driver
Will not drive the car instead
The back seat passenger
Now a nervous wreck
