Quite true.. talents of the gifted children get stifled as their parents are poor !This happens everywhere in the world !

I just saw on PBS that, in 1940, less than 1% of American doctors were African-American women! Talk about an under-served population! The UK has competent doctors aged only 21 because they go to school to learn rather than to play sports and have a good time! Aloha!

Rico, that was eighty years ago!!! I wonder what the stats are now? Most of the doctors I know are from some other country. Of course, I don't care where they got their training as long as they are competent.

It would seem that ..there is nothing WOKE about the WOKE ....and nothing PROGRESSIVE about the PROGRESSIVES. These are the same people who chant "KNOWLEDGE IS POWER" and then deny education to their congregations

You're hitting all the hot buttons. Sad we can't get school choice vouchers here either, in spite having vast majorities in both house and senate in our state government. Elections need to be used like baseball bats, grand slam these folks out of office!
