Great job here Paul. Beautifully executed Tanka. The thing I like so much about this type of poetry is the necessity to say much with few words. To tell a story with few sentences. Nicely done. Loved it. God Bless and a seven from me. JB

Okay, I looked up 'esperanto', but please don't ask me to use it in a sentence or a Tanka! Looking it up did make all the pieces of your write fall into place, click and speak (pun?) to me. Thank you for reading and liking, Charm. Esperanto is a lovely language, mostly based on romance vocabulary. I was introduced to it when I was studying at the Lyceum, Hamrun. Regards // paul
