The Price We Pay

Early-on we learn
of the heavy price paid
for paths wrongly chosen
over roads poorly paved

had I known then
all that I would go through,
I would have gotten an
Order of Protection, before
my stork ever flew....

In my case, I think, a lot of mud also, so a good washing was necessary. Still dizzy from that spin-cycle. Blessings my friend.
