The Power to Destroy

If only they knew they had the power to heal, They could make a better deal, In a world where everyone is waiting for their next meal. Who taught them that the power to destroy, Would bring them joy? And how do we alter that ploy, Without more troops to deploy? When we take our own hate to the streets, Where we used to take sweets. And forget the prayers we planned to send east, To prevent the power to destroy coming west, If a deal that is real, Gives the power to heal, To children who are still real, We can all enjoy a well-deserved meal.

Thanks a lot Bill that means a lot. All I know war is hell and should not become a spectator sport. Must be hard for honest journalists.
