Notes About The Poem

The Plant Graveyard

I have a place in my backyard,
That I call my plant graveyard.
These are all plants that I tended with care,
Now like a rejected lover, they sit in despair.

They go to the plant graveyard when all hope is gone,
But I still water them until they pass on.
Once in a while a miracle will transpire,
And it will return to the porch for all to admire.

I don't ever read other people's poetry but this was truly amazing. I would appreciate some criticism from you on my pieces and guidance on where I can get better. Thank you for your amazing poem

Thank you Broken Wings. I have a huge pot of red geraniums that has bloomed all summer. About a month ago it stopped blooming and I had about given it up for dead. I gave it some extra attention, and now it has decided not to pass on and is flourishing. :)
