The Plant

A request by a poet to write
About a pic she sent me tonight
I don't know what it is
Give me a clue, gee whiz
If I write, will it turn out alright

Dane Ann kindly pinged a picture of a plant to write about.
To be honest I never had a Scooby Do what it was, hence my Limerick
I'll be getting detention, amd a note saying 'could do better'

Very funn, James! I can understand why you might not have known what it is. Afterall, I played around with it on photoshop a little...and, it's a plant that lived when dinosaurs roamed the earth...a cycad. Here's a link to the photo. I hope it works! http://daneann.redbubble.com/sets/74236/works/3299226-2-blooming-palm

Be sure Dane Ann sees this, James! She'll laugh so hard and it will make her day. I'll send her an email and let her know you posted it. Love, Carolyn
