Seeker, interesting concept, I have tried this form and find it so difficult, anyways well done! "no thoughts trickling" I have done this in meditation and it is not easy, as that chatterbox in my head won't stop talking, but I keep trying for that ultimate prize of bliss, Constance

If there be no ‘ownership’ of thought, all that appears, in our consciousness subsides since we are not attached to it ~ thoughts fly by just like a bird outside our window. Simple, isn’t it?
