The Painter and the Poet

The story of my life started gruesome and cold
No time for existence, as the story unfolds
But I met a special someone eyes as blue as day
And although we couldn't always be together
I knew I'd find a way.

So as the nights grew longer the day had come,
Off to Vancouver away from the sun.
Their lives so different; And parted to be
She painted great pictures for everyone to see.

And as for I days darkened loosing hope with the fact,
Finding the joy that I felt I lacked.
I wrote down my feelings to let it all out
"I hate my life," i felt to shout.

So this story does end happy as you all hoped it to be
This little ol' story of the Painter and Me.
Though I wont tell you the rest to ruin the surprise,
Its ends with us watching the sunrise.
