The Pain

Life is so full of wonder and pain, Those rare moments of pure joy. Sometimes the pain can drive you halfway insane. The rain in my life just won't go away, My world is so full of pain that I am torn. If only life would just for once let the hand it dealt me lay, My heart, body and soul are broken maybe for this I was born. A sad soul lost in a world of smiles, Adrift in a sea of agony and confusion. For me a smile or real happiness to touch it has been awhile, I honestly believe that most happiness is simply a delusion. My life has been based on a tower of pain, A person shouldn't have to take so much loss that they slowly die inside. You become scared to take a actual part in life so you refrain, Exleast I can say in this life I have actually tried.
