The Other Randy Johnson
There was another Randy Johnson who lived in the same town as me.
He was in his early fifties and he and I lived in Bean Station, Tennessee.
Sadly, he passed away after having a bad fall.
That was a terrible thing, it wasn't good at all.
When I met him almost 40 years ago, I shared my lunch with him at school.
When we learned that we had the same name, we thought it was pretty cool.
He was six years older than me.
Heaven is his new home for eternity.
[Dedicated to Randy Johnson (1965-2017) who died on August 14, 2017.]
