The Nobility of Kindness
A sudden act of kindness
ever makes my heart lurch
in wonder and pure bliss.
A look that does my eyes search,
a loving touch to convey empathy.
A sincere smile that accepts me,
a warm embrace of untold sympathy.
These reveal what others do see.
Blinding tears pool in grateful eyes
at altruism displayed so freely.
Enriched beyond measure, I rise
to face another tough trial bravely.
Kindness costs nothing, grants all.
Saves you from almighty grace to fall.
