But pay the same price, special glasses given at the supermarket doors to magnify ones purchases. Is it just me, or boxes and bags are smaller and less full?

It's not you, Joe. The packages and containers are smaller. That way prices don't have to be raised as fast. ~ Trillion-dollar stimuli blues
