The Moon Cried Tonight
The moon cried tonight
A veil of hazy mist in sight
Sadness hovered and covered
The shining moonlight
It cried and it cried
Layers of fog as it tried
To make it through the phases
Just to keep shining above
Everyone standing looking
--- And Waiting for love ---
