The Monster

Her senses were heightened, she was fully aware of the endless brusies and sores on her arms. Her eyes glaze over as the monster takes over her body. The monster takes control over her mind and emotions. Life to her seems much better with the monster. Crawling across the floor to the mirror lying on the chair. Blowing off the precious white powder and starring into the face of a girl transformed into a monster. She screams and throws the mirror, breaking it, and shattering it. She picks up the silvery shard and slices deep into her wrist. She drops the bloody shard and lays across the bed and cries herself to sleep one last time.
