The Merry Christmas Faerie

The Merry Christmas Faerie arrived on the heels of Jack Frost. We did not see her at first, but then we heard her voice boss. She was yelling instructions to her candy ribbon sleigh. We saw a quick glimpse of her, then she floated away. Was that the Merry Christmas Faerie? A neighbor asked me. Snow was whipping around in the air, but I thought it was she. What is she doing here, bringing snow on the eighth of July? Not sure, I replied. Maybe she is just passing by to say hi?
