The Man With a Kipper On His Head

The Man with a Kipper on his head

I was told of a man from Westward Ho!
Who always wore a Kipper on his head.
It was asked of him, why do you wear it so?
“Well, I used to wear a Trout,
but prefer a Kipper instead!”

Thank you Pat, I am inspired by the surreal sketches of Monty Python and Spike Milligan. If you recall the Spanish Inquisition sketch, you will understand what gets in my head. I have listened to many Goon show radio programs and these just make me howl with laughter, regards, Kevin
