The Magic of the Night

The Magic of the Night Give me the peace of nocturnal distance. From the hot sun, in every instance! The clouds welcome me, waving silently. The moon flirts at me, with a tinge of sexuality. The night is sensuous like heavenly velvet. My name, Panagiota , inscribed all over it. The night is my magic, poetic playground. Welcoming, my dancing heart sounds! The music of the suggestive night, Beginnings of deep, poetic insight. 10/4/2022

Very nice! "The music of the suggestive night, Beginnings of deep, poetic insight." Though we think of ourselves as singular, we are also communal, drawing from communal consciousness. The flip-side, we are also distracted by the hustling, the strife of a working day. At night they dream...we write!~ their sleeping dreams, fantasies our dawns for inspiration, tuneful-receptors-firing-poetic-alive. I think most writers do their best at night. I come alive between 1 and 4. Has always been that way for me.
